We are having a wonderful 'World Book Day' in Year 4!
We have spent some time already this morning reading our class novel, 'Stig of the Dump' and now the children are spending time on activities of their choice linked to the book.
There are many different activities that the children have decided to do, including animation, making signs for the chalk pit which features in the story, creating a 'Pic Collage' based on covers of the book and drawing the main characters.
We are looking forward to completing our class novel this afternoon, and welcoming the Nursery class who are bringing their favourite stories with them
