UPDATE! Theatre of Ancient Greece comes to Fosse Way

Our learning challenge this week has been 'Who were the Ancient Greeks and what did we learn from them?', so after we had learnt when, where and why Greek masks were used and who wore them, we decided we decided to make our own Greek masks. And we are looking forward to taking part in some Drama with our masks!

Take a look at our masks so far; we have 3 layers of Papier Mache and we are going to paint them next week when they are dry. I can't wait to see how amazing they will look, can you?

Jake has really enjoyed the fun experience and learning how masks were really used in Greece theatres.
